Banana Pancakes – Easy and Quick
This is a delicious and quick recipe for banana pancakes. They are a real treat for your Sunday Brunch
Equipment
- Bowl
- Whisk
- Fork
- Frying pan
Ingredients
- 250 gramm Flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 50 gr Sugar
- 1 Banana (Ripened)
- little Oil or Butter
Instructions
- Mash the banana up with a fork. A few small junks are lovely in the baked pancakes
- Put all the ingredients, flour, milk, eggs, sugar, milk and banana in a bowl and whisk thoroughly until everything is mixed up and smooth.
- Put the oil or butter in a frying pan and heat on medium to high heat. Now add the pancake mixture and bake from both sides until ready. This will only take a few minutes. Make sure to watch the temprature. If the pancakes turn brown too quickly without being done, simply reduce the heat. TIP: When butter gets too hot it will brown and burn. To avoid this simply mix some oil in with the butter and heat it up. It will form foamy bubbles and is now hot enough to add whatever you want to fry. The oil allows the butter to be heated to a higher temprature while keeping the lovley butter taste for your dishes.
- Your pancakes are ready to enjoy. If you like, you can add some peanut butter or chocolate spread to them. Simply yummy.
